FAQ

What makes Naked Wealth different to all the others?

The main differentiating factor is that we focus heavily on reducing your financial costs, such as removing commissions, slashing fees and lowering taxes. Most our competitors take commissions and charge high fees which we believe is not in your best interests.
Around 85% of advice businesses are conflicted, in that they’re owned by a product provider, receive commissions, charge you based on how much money you have or all of the above. We are part of the 15% who charge a fee for service and have no alignment to any bank or product provider.
Our business has been built for everyday Australians who need common sense, affordable help from someone acting 100% in their best interests. You pay us a fee for our time and in return we do for you what you would do for you if you had the knowledge, time and resources.

How do you get paid?

We get paid a fee (money) for the work we do. This fee can often be paid from super, otherwise it is paid directly by our clients. There are no commissions or other hidden fees that we retain. Our services might be tax deductible (speak to your tax agent).

How much are your fees?

Please use this link at the bottom of this page to view our our fees and how it all works. Generally speaking you will find that our fees are very competitive, in fact we would go as far as saying our fees versus value added would be hard for others to better.

Who controls our money &/or financial affairs?

You do. You’re always in control, we guide our clients and educate them but they always make the decisions. This never changes.

How do we meet with you?

There are several ways we meet with clients. It really depends on where you reside, your needs and your availability. We work with clients all over Australia via video conference and phone, and often at times late in the night and on weekends as these times are often most suitable. We often meet face to face, in cafes, or even at the beach!

Does it cost to have an initial meeting or discussion?

No. Generally speaking, our first contact will be a chat on the phone or email. From there you may like to meet up to discuss things in more depth, have another phone call or video conference. Its really up to you. It is not until we clearly understand your needs and how we can best help that we would discuss work to be done and fees. At this point you decide if you would like our help or not.
