Take care of your loved one’s, now & forever!
So what will happen when you die? Its one of those topics we don’t like to talk about… but we need to. We all pass away at some stage and when we do we want to make sure things are taken care of. Its something we need to plan for otherwise it really does become too late.
Introducing Estate Planning. We commonly think of wills but estate planning goes much further. Would it surprise you if we said your two biggest assets, commonly your home and superannuation are not normally addressed by a will. Do you have children who would need caring for, guardians nominated, money held in trust? Do you know how your assets would be taxed in their current state? Does life insurance need to be used to help achieve what you want for your loved ones?
As you are likely now thinking, there’s more to this stuff than a will kit from the newsagent. We are not experts by any means and this is why we use the services of our very own “in house” expert legal practitioners. They help us advise our clients and draw up any legal documentation you may require to create wills, powers of attorney, complex trusts and much more. Our role is usually to oversee the process and ensure your needs and wants are effectively communicated and smartly addressed.
